Rustic Weddings

Reserve your date!

The Buffalo Gap Chapel, known locally as “The Sweet Church,” has been the perfect back drop for hundreds of weddings since 1902.  With modern amenities like air conditioning and heat, but original elements such as the historic floors and pews, your special day will have the unique setting you’re looking for.

The Chapel holds approximately 70 guests and rents for $175/hour with a two hour minimum.  We have several options for your reception as well as on site housing for guests, the wedding party, or the newly married couple!  For a complete listing of prices, amenities, and policies, check out our Rental Form.

We’d love to show you around! Call 325-572-3974 to set up a time to tour the grounds. We can hold your date for one week without a commitment, but to secure your date on our calendar, we require 50% of the rental fees.
